Happened to be at St Vinnie's the other day and wandered into the new fangled Science Complex....
So the commons area is completely done, so is the bio building, and they are working on the chem building....
Turns out they have not approved the renovations on the physics building... they are about 3 million bucks short... as a result, there is this hulk that used to be a stairwell just kind of floating over by physics inside the new building....
It's a really nice place so far, but it just isn't the same as the Science Caverns....
Happened to run into Mike Antonocci in full monk garb as well....

I really have to get over there at some point. See what's happened to the world I used to know...

I'll have to visit while I'm in town and say hi to Anis. I'm sure he will comment on my bad-studentness.

You forget, you graduated his program. You are a good student now!

You forget, you graduated his program. You are a good student now! Ah, yes. I still consider it a bit creepy that Anis considers me a good student now. Thinking of bad students... we recently got a new grad student in the lab I work in, and my advisor doesn't like him very much. I had to avoid laughing when I heard my advisor complain about "that bad student [the student's name]".
